This is one of Comeet main premises and it has been used for millennia, the best way to perpetuate the knowledge, is making sure more people know about it. It’s about growing together.

It is the time and place to talk about those subjects that we seldom have time to talk about. It is a space with psychological safety, where no one is judged, we are only striving for solutions.

The Mission is To learn

We all learn in different ways. That why when you embark on an Undercover Training Experience we say that you become «Undercover Agents«.

You are in the process of being taught while you are tackling everyday responsibilities. The process is that you reflect upon the ideas that you receive and decide to make the personal adjustments that you consider are good for you. The change happens from within, it’s personal. At the end of each competency we will meet and have a debrief session so we can share our experiences from the week

 

How's the process?

  • We agree upon the Competencies that we will go through
  • Each competency with go on for five days (Monday through Friday)
  • You will receive one audio and one assignment per day
  • You will report to the group when you have completed the assignment
  • Debrief session at the end of each competency
